Crucially, Rapley Consulting engineers prepared a detailed brief of the current installation, which provided recommendations, budget estimates, and identified risks / limitations that enabled WSU projects team to make informed decisions, and ensured the project was delivered on budget. Rapley Consulting Engineers delivered the brief within the first week, allowing the WSU to make important decisions, and allowed the project to remain on program.
